Neil Siegel is vice-president and chief engineer of Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems sector, and leads the sector’s Technology and Engineering activities.  His responsibilities include oversight of 14,000-plus engineering professionals, running the sector research portfolio ($200M+ / year), career development for the technical staff, and leading the development of engineering solutions for customers’ most complex and important problems.
